CNC Information


CNC or the Computer Numerical Control had been around for almost four decades started at the early 70's. Whereas people in majority walks of life had never learned of this term, CNC has affected nearly all forms of manufacturing processes in some ways or the other. Movement control is the heart of the CNC machine, and the most fundamental function was automated, exact and coherent movement control. Every form of CNC machine has a couple or more direction of motions, the one we called the axes. The axes should be precise and automatically placed along with the duration of travel and the two communal axis types are the linear (along the straight path) and the rotary (along a circular) axis. CNC machine allows motion control in a revolutionary manner.

Instead of causing movements by revolving cranks and the hard wheels like required on the traditional machine tools, CNC machine allows movements ordered by the program commands. In general, the movement type, the axes move, the amount of movement and the movement rate are programmed in almost every CNC machinery tools.

CNC Lathe

CNC lathe is a metal tool processor that ca create a symmetrical and cylindrical accessories. Originally, lathe was used only for metal purposes, but nowadays, they are also used even for cutting woods and other plastic materials. The lathe worked as a cutting tool, material is located in the chunk of the lathe and the chunk then rotated.

The revolving speed is the rpm or the revolutions per minute of the chunk that can really rotate at a rapid production of high precession shapes. The revolving speed of the tool can affect the class of the end product. A rapid revolving speed will speed-up the process and the low revolving speed can create a sleek, soft and a better end product.

The advantage of CNC lathe machine is the production of massive amount with minor effort. Thus, the program had been created, it can be stored at once and re-use.
